Swish, Bounce, Swirl!!!
Pre K 3 used colorful scarves to imitate
winter animals' movements.
Of course, we loved rolling the scraves into balls
and pretending they were snowballs.
Happy 4th Birthday to Henry!
We loved our birthday treat, and we had fun counting
how many friends had different colored cookies at snack time!
Thank you to Henry's Mom and Dad for reading,
Trashy Town, to our class today!
We loved celebrating Henry's 4th birthday!
Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!
When Mother Nature doesn't provide real snow for our sensory table,
Pre K 3 makes their own!

Artists in Residents!!!
Today, Pre K learned how to draw a penguin using
different shapes, with Ms. Swan, during our remote learning class.
I made a little snowman.
I made him just like that.
The sun came out and melted him,
and now my snowman is flat!
What a beautiful day for a walk!
Prek 3 walked down to St. Michael's Church,
and the children spotted baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph.
They were so observant, the quickly noticed the manger was gone.
Today we read, The Mitten by Jan Brett.
We practiced making our fingers stronger
by lacing our mittens together.
When it's too cold to play outside....
Stay inside and have a snowball fight!!!!
"Make a snowball, make a snow ball,
Throw it now, throw it now!"
Thank you all for being so kind and patient this week!
We made it through our remote learning, and
I know we are all excited about being in school together on Monday.
Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!
Our new Pre K 3 board is up and
ready to welcome our GCS students back.
Have a wonderful snowy filled weekend!
Pre K 3 worked on patterns today.
Here is an example of a  "Yellow, Yellow, White" pattern.
Both his smile and the pattern are amazing!!!
And a 1, and a 2, and a 3....
Thanks to Mrs. Genovese for joining our class today.
Pre K 3 may not be ready for Carnegie Hall yet, but
we had a lot of fun singing and playing "instruments" today!

Pre K 3 had a fun time filling our sled this morning.
We read Ten in the Sled, and then played a guessing game, using clues, to figure out which animal needed to be glued on the sled.
Please check our website for more pictures, and keep sharing them!
