Philosophy

 

The early years of children's lives are the most important in their development. Through intentional teaching, my classroom curriculum uses a thematic focus where I work carefully to help each child grow in the Early Learning and Developmental Standards, which include: Cognition, Social and Emotional, Physical Development, Language and Literacy, Creative Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies.  

With the help of Our Holy Father and our Catholic beliefs, each day children have the opportunity to explore something new and become life long learners and risk takers. I believe in providing a positive, nurturing and safe classroom that feels like a second home to your children, a place they want to come back to every day.  I dislike hearing "I can't do it."  I love hearing, "I did it!"
