Class Policies

Class Rules:

“You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself." (Mt 22:37-39)

The culture in our classroom will be based on the Great Commandment-- these are our "class rules" that, when followed, make a longer list of rules unnecessary. Students will be expected to show reverence and respect for their learning environment and come to class with all materials and ready to engage the lesson. Most importantly, they will be expected to treat all other members of the class with the same level of kindness and respect that they would wish for themselves.

Homework:

Homework will only be assigned as required-- students should not expect homework every night, but should expect occasional assignments and projects that will enlighten, expand on, or prepare us for our class work. Students will be expected to study for all tests and quizzes. Study guides will be provided.
