are boys and girls happy Thursday today is Thursday May 28th and thank you so much for joining me for a religion we're going to jump right and say we're going to start with our daily prayers were going to read the last two pages of our chapter 11 chapter about Pentecost and they're going to take our chapter test today but don't worry you guys are experts on this so much about the Holy Spirit already before we even started this chapter and I just know a little bit more about to and what and what helped start the church so let's start with our daily prayers and then we'll bring to a chapter and read the last few pages that start with the sign of the cross in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit amen Our Father who art in heaven Hallowed be thy name thy kingdom share God Spirit today share Spirit today we believe the holy spirit is always with the church we are members of the church the Holy Spirit helps us to know that Jesus loves us the Holy Spirit helps us to live as Jesus taught us so we know that the Holy Spirit came upon the apostles on the first day of the church Pentecost which is what we're celebrating this Sunday we know that we are all members of the church when we become baptized when we receive baptism when we're little or whatever age we receive it also we know that Holy Spirit helps us to know how much Jesus loves us and the Holy Spirit helps us to live just like Jesus wants us to stiletto review and let's move on to one hundred Jordan 39s the next the next page over 139 with the help of the Holy Spirit we pray share with a care for those who are poor or sick show respect for all people learn more about Jesus in the church and follow the rules when working and playing with others this is all we've been doing as good Catholics boys and girls we pray everyday I know that all of you share and maybe if we were having a tough day and we're not sharing enough with our siblings or or something like that we know in our hearts to share we know the right thing to do we always care for those who are poor or sick or lonely or hungry we always try to help them we show respect for people all the time we always give you show respect for your teachers you show respect respect for your parents your grandparents or aunts and uncles anybody is watching over you we always are learning more she's in the church that's why we go to Catholic school that's why we go to mass we always want to know more about our faith and we know to follow the rules not only follow the rules that are Mom and Dad give us follow the rules that Jesus gave us the Beatitudes and follow the rules that God gave us the Ten Commandments we respond what can you and your family do to live as Jesus taught us so we already know what we can do we've talked so much about this on how we can live just like the first members of the church we talked about this earlier in the week how can we live like the first members of the church live with only Jesus on their mind and the Holy Spirit in their hearts so that's how we should live everyday and at the bottom is another little song Share the Light share the love of Jesus share the love what shows the way share the love of Jesus share God's spirit today share God's spirit today This song reminds me of the Gospel that we read a couple weeks ago it was the Gospel that said this is the way the truth and the life and I remember explain that to you guys and in good detail Jesus is the only way we can get to heaven Jesus is the truth is the true Son of God Jesus is the life he's the life that we had inside of our hearts he is part of the Holy Spirit and he is that love and that passion that we have in our so that kind of reminds me of I learned a couple weeks ago with you guys already know now we're going to turn skip the project disciple Pages we're not doing that this week and we're going to go straight to our our chapter test it's on East 142 so why don't you get this out you can follow along with me or you can take it when the video is over this is our assignment for today this is what your parents or whoever is watching you will need to send to me for gray for today Chapter 11 chapter test labeled at the top or with Thursday Circle the correct answer let's start with number one the church should be man on Pentecost or Easter the church began on Pentecost or the Holy Spirit help us to do answer it give me one thing that the Holy Spirit helps us to do and that's your test for chapter 11 boys and girls great job that's all you need to do for today I want you to enjoy your week I want you to do something fun and do something real sing with your family or get outside I want you to enjoy the warmer weather and these last few weeks of school so this is the only thing that you have to give me to make sure you answer the bottom question that is so important and we talked about at the beginning of this video what does the Holy Spirit help us to dip so after you finish your test please send them to me and enjoy the rest of your day tomorrow we will not be in book if we just finished our chapter very fun activity about Pentecost in about the Holy
