About the Assistant Principal

Patrick Ledley joined Greenwich Catholic School as the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction in 2019. Mr. Ledley’s experience in teacher development, data-driven instruction, and curriculum mapping, combined with his approachable demeanor, are aligned with Greenwich Catholic School’s Strategic Plan and the mission of GCS.

As a product of Catholic education, and throughout his career in Catholic schools, Mr. Ledley recognizes the value of enthusiastic and dynamic teaching, and is focused on fostering the education of the students at Greenwich Catholic School.  


At Greenwich Catholic, Mr. Ledley is responsible for the PLC Program and school-wide curriculum structure and exit standards, all with a focus on student achievement from PreK through Grade 8.


Mr. Ledley most recently served as a Department Head and Teacher at The Ursuline School in New Rochelle. In addition to his administrative and classroom responsibilities, Mr. Ledley was a member of both the Strategic Planning Committee for Fostering a Growth Mindset and the Strategic Planning Committee for Diversity. He also created a standard of modeling Essential Questions focused on drawing connections between material and current events. 


He earned his Master’s Degree in Teaching at Fordham University, and his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Loyola University in Maryland.
