Admissions Process

Requirements

Children entering Pre-Kindergarten Three must be three (3) years of age by December 31st. (Must be fully potty trained).

 

Children entering Pre-Kindergarten Four must be four (4) years of age by December 31st.

 

Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age by December 31st.

 

How to Apply

All new students seeking admission to Greenwich Catholic School are required to submit the following:

 

Part One:

Application Form

Application Fee (per child)

Birth Certificate (original)

Baptismal Certificate (Catholic applicants only)

Report Cards & School Records

Teacher Recommendation

Campus Visit

 

Part Two:

Once part one of the application process has been completed, the Greenwich Catholic School

Admissions Committee will review your student’s application. If selected by the Admissions

Committee your student will be invited to come in for an academic screening and interview.

 

Final Step:

Once Accepted, to hold a space for your student, please fill out the intent to enroll and submit the enrollment deposit within two weeks of receiving your acceptance email.

New Student Deposit - $3,000 which will be applied towards your total tuition amount

Parish Affiliation Form – Due no later than August 1, 2025

Deadlines:

Please note that the early admissions deadline is January 1st, 2025. Applications received after

January 1st, 2025 will be considered on a rolling basis, subject to available places in a grade.

 

Records

The records for students applying for Admission in Grades PreK-8 will be reviewed to determine

whether the program at Greenwich Catholic School will meet the educational needs of the

students. All new students will be conditionally accepted and given a trial period in which to

prove himself/herself both socially and academically. If during this trial period, there are any

problems, a student may be asked to withdraw his/her attendance at Greenwich Catholic School.

International Students

Greenwich Catholic School welcomes applications from students who live outside the United States.

Greenwich Catholic School is not an I-20 school and therefore we do not issue student visas. Should you

have any questions about acquiring a student visa, we encourage you to contact your local consulate or an immigration attorney before beginning the application process.
