March is Dr. Seuss month in our school library. Grades LA, PK, and K have been enjoying the works of Dr. Seuss through books like "My Many Colored Days" which is featured on our Library Bulletin board this month. This book helped students understand their emotions and feelings using colors and animals. They related to how moods reflect colors and what they are feeling. "Some days are HAPPY Pink, Some days are Grey, nothing moves today...." Most of all they learned its OKAY to show their feelings and some days we just have a "Mixed UP day" and in the end, everything turns out just fine.

Other Story times favorites included "Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumbs," and "There's a Wocket in my Pocket."

Also this months, We talked about St. Patrick's Day and Ireland. Also, Leprechauns and Shamrocks filled the library shelves and students had fun finding and picking them.
