¿Qué compraste?  ¿Por qué lo compraste? Crees que le va a gustar? ¿Crees que lo necesita? ¿Crees que lo va a usar mucho? 
¿Qué piensas del regalo? ¿Crees que es genial, divertido, práctico etc.?
¿Dónde lo compraste?  ¿Cuándo lo compraste? ¿Cuánto pagaste? 
¿Cuándo es la fiesta? ¿Dónde es la fiesta? ¿Cómo va hacer la fiesta? ¿Quién organiza la fiesta?
Also, there are several way to star and end a letter. Remember greetings and signoffs  depend on who you are writing to. Maybe you should do some research on the different ways you can do it in Spanish.
You will be graded according to the book's rubric.

You have a budget of 800 euros for an outfit. You will look through the store’s online catalog and put together an outfit you would like to purchase if you had that money. Once you have your outfit write about it.

First, write for what sort of occasion or activity you are looking to buy that outfit for. What the occasion requires. For example, if it’s a formal event you might need your outfit to be elegant, or if it’s a job interview you might need it to be serious, or if it’s a sporting event you might need it to be comfortable.

Then you should describe the outfit. Use several adjectives in your descriptions. For example; material, color, length, texture, designer, etc. Also include the price.

Don’t forget that when writing about your choices you have to use your vocabulary words and especially the verbs comprar, preferir and querer all conjugated appropriately.

Since you are not shopping alone, (you are doing it with a friend) you should also write about your friend’s comments to your choices. What he/she thinks about the outfit, what he/ she thinks of how it fits you, of what he/she thinks of its price, etc…

You will need to present with your homework a collage of images of the items you have chosen.

You do NOT need to write about your parent’s preferences as I mentioned in class.

Yo estoy buscando ropa para un baile de graduación. El baile es una ocasión muy formal. Necesito un vestido elegante. El Corte Inglés tiene muchos vestidos de fiesta. Yo quiero un vestido corto, negro, sin mangas, con un lazo blanco en el hombro. Es de la marca Green Coast y cuesta 49.99 euros.

También necesito unos zapatos para el baile. Yo quiero unas sandalias de tacón. Quiero comprar las sandalias de Chie Mihara en color negro con plataforma. El precio de las sandalias es de 285 euros. Necesito un bolso- Me gusta el bolso de mano pequeño de Furla de piel de becerro que cuesta 355 euros. Mi amiga Marisabel piensa que el vestido que me gusta está muy bonito y cuesta poco. Piensa que me puede quedar muy bien. Ella piensa que los zapatos son hermosos, pero demasiado caros.
