We encourage our children to grow and embrace their faith as they navigate through the world’s ever-changing and complicated moral landscape. Through thoughtful reflection and exposure to the teachings of the Catholic Church, our children are allowed to develop their own personal relationships with God; relationships that will take them far beyond GCS and follow them throughout their lifetime. At Greenwich Catholic School, we cherish our ability to discuss our values openly and we encourage and expect our children to live out those values every day. Daily prayers are lead by our eighth-grade students at the beginning and end of each day and by the class before and after meals. Our First Friday Masses, Holy Day Masses, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation are celebrated throughout the year as an entire GCS community. Masses are held at St. Michael Church where we welcome and encourage parent participation. Each month we celebrate a Virtue of the Month. Children are encouraged throughout each month to model that Virtue in their daily lives. Our students have daily religion classes, including sacrament preparation.
