On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, Greenwich Catholic School welcomed over 125 guests, including parents, faculty, board members, and alumni, for the annual State of the School Address, which followed the Parents Association’s Volunteer Fair.
GCS Principal, Patrice Kopas, opened the evening by welcoming everyone with a prayer and reflection on the School’s mission statement. Mrs. Kopas also discussed the School's Portrait of a Graduate and the newly adopted Virtues in Practice program.
Mario Gaztambide, P’23,’24, Chair of the Board of Directors, offered the audience a financial overview and updates on enrollment and institutional priorities. In addition, he discussed the progress to date in working toward fulfilling the goals in GCS’ strategic plan, Innovate & Inspire: 2021.
